This category of weapons includes 2 types:

• Two-handed flail
• Military flail

They generally have good damage potential, and moderate penetration, but their main advantage lies in the reduction of the effectiveness of the opponent's shield.

A character's proficiency in using them is measured by his Flail Weapons skill.
